Today, we had brunch with the family and spent the day with my sweet great-niece, Audrey Claire looking for those just-not-quite-so-popular crazy bands that kids wear around their wrists. We got pedicures (me) and Chloe got a manicure, then we fed the ducks at CSUS (they are really hungry so you go feed them, too!), then watched an instant download netflix movie. A lovely, thankful Sunday with my daughter at the helm. I hope that my brother, Mark, looks down at us and notices how much more-closely we try to group together and how often we do it since he surprised us by going on to Glory. I cherish my family all the more, knowing that our days are numbered and we don't know what number might be our last one.
