My son went to band camp tonight; he's an amazing saxophone player and got a full scholarship to band camp again this year. I'm excited that he decided to stay on campus and hope he has a great two weeks making friends and staying in the dorm. His sister and I took him to camp and helped him move into his room; I helped him make his bed and unpack his clothes into the dresser and closet. When I used the bathroom, I saw this sign above the toilet and had to laugh because someone really missed the point of having a low flush toilet when they posted this sign. I'm all for conservation and believe that we need to all be doing our part, but I also think that toilets need to do their part, too! If this toilet isn't able to do its "thing" properly and has to be flushed more-often, then is it really saving any water?

The church in Berkeley has the same sign over their low-flow toilet.
